Programmable Matter

Epic science fiction author and nano-tech entrepreneur Wil McCarthy founded the Programmable Matter Corporation to bring to life some of the ideas he put forth in his non-fiction book Hacking Matter. Eventually the technology was purchased by RavenBrick LLC and the site is no longer live. You can see a screenshot of it here. We are still proud of the design, which holds up even though made in 2003.
